The Nuts ‘n’ Bolts leadership sessions will provide practical, easy-to-follow how-to’s to help you meet your NJSCPA leadership responsibilities. The speakers will explain the basics of your respective volunteer roles, whether it is how to be a responsible board member or how to operate your chapter or committee. These sessions, facilitated by key NJSCPA staff and 2012/13 President Thomas Roche III, CPA, will provide the guidance leaders at all levels need. Topics will include motivating volunteers, communicating more effectively, sharing best practices and handling challenges. Nuts ‘n’ Bolts is required for all 2012/13 leaders.
