Firm Administrators


Welcome to the Firm Administration section of the New Jersey Society of CPAs website. This site is designed to provide tools and resources to CPA firm administrators to help them conduct transactions and updates on behalf of their firm.

Site Features

Firm Roster
View a roster of all members and nonmembers who are linked to all locations of your firm. Add, update and remove staff.

Event Registration
Register one or more staff for one or more events in a single transaction. When you select an event, you'll be prompted to select a registrant.

Event Schedule
View a schedule of all seminars, conferences and chapter events that the staff at your company are registered for.

Membership Renewal
Renew the outstanding memberships for all members at your firm in a single transaction by check or credit card.

NEW! Firm Roles
A listing of who at your firm is assigned to various functional roles that the NJSCPA tracks (such as Managing Partner).

    100% Member Champion Firms: The New Jersey Society of CPAs will come to you with the staff development courses listed below. Assemble your staff for one or more of these sessions in your office, and earn complimentary CPE for each course.

    If you have a group of 10 or more individuals that require similar instruction, on-site training is the most efficient and cost-effective way to accomplish your goals.
